Account Manager, Group Sales Customer Service

D.A. Kurt Insurance Brokers, a wholly owned subsidiary of McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers, is currently seeking a professional to join the Kitchener Personal Lines Service Department, Group Sales, as a Customer Service Account Manager. The major responsibility of this position is to offer support and assistance to existing clients in order to ensure that the best possible advice and coverage is being provided to meet their insurance needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical knowledge of a variety of personal lines products, excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. A strong attention to detail is a must, as is the need to be a team player.

Candidates should have at least three years Personal Lines Insurance experience, and above all have a passion for client service. An active RIBO license is a condition of employment.
