Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support Commercial Account Executives in managing a book of business
  • Provide day to day client servicing requirements in a professional and positive manner
  • Maintain and review files; ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all policy documentation
  • Keep current with markets and changing coverages within the industry
  • Adhere to internal audit and compliance to workflow
Your Qualities
  • 2 – 3¬†years Commercial Broker experience
  • Active RIBO license; with, or working towards a designation
  • Well-versed in Commercial Lines insurance, specifically an in-depth knowledge of farm insurance coverage and wordings
  • Ongoing commitment to growth and learning in your profession
  • Professional, enthusiastic and personable
  • Strong communication skills; excellent telephone manner
  • Self-motivated; well organized
  • Able to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
