Junior Commercial Account Manager

Responsible for preparing renewals, data entry and back end processing for all Commercial Account Executives in the Small Business Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal processing
  • Processing Certificates of Insurance (COI)
  • Endorsement processing- prepare documents and invoices for delivery to insureds
  • Creation and updating of schedules
  • Follow proper procedure checklists accurately on a daily basis
  • Adhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulations.
  • Assist with special projects at management request.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • RIBO license an asset
  • Minimum one year office experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Well organized; attention to detail; an ability to prioritize
  • Basic computer knowledge
