As we move forward in positioning McFarlan Rowlands as one of the premier independently-owned insurance brokerages in Southwestern Ontario and in turn, reaffirming our place in the current marketplace, we are pleased to share news with you that we have finalized the acquisition of Callister Musico Insurance Group Inc.
Located at 1315 Michigan Ave in Sarnia, the Callister Musico office will become our 15th branch in Ontario, allowing us to enhance our portfolio to the West.
Callister Musico offers us the opportunity to expand our business and add a talented and dedicated team of insurance professionals in another region of Ontario. We both maintain many of the same values and strive to provide excellent, personalized service with professional advice to our clients.
The acquisition will be finalized on July 3 at which time Craig Musico will join the McFarlan Rowlands team and will become a shareholder in the firm. Paul Callister will be retiring as of July 3 and the management team at McFarlan Rowlands will remain the same with Rodney Hancock as CEO. The remainder of the Callister Musico staff will join the McFarlan Rowlands team.
