May 20, 2025

Canada Post has announced a possible strike starting May 22, 2025, which could cause delays in traditional mail service.

But don’t worry — we’ve got a plan to make sure your important insurance documents and payments stay on track.

We’ll make sure you receive essential items like:

  • Proof of insurance (pink slips)
  • NSF notices
  • Registered letters
  • Policy change letters

We’ll send these by:

  • Email (with your consent)
  • In-person delivery (when possible)
  • Courier (as a last resort)

Need to Make a Payment?

To make the payment process as seamless as possible during the potential strike, please follow the options below based on your billing type:

If your policy is set up as Direct Bill:
This means you pay your insurance company directly. Please continue to make payments to them using your usual method — online, by phone, or any other option they provide.

If your policy is not a Direct Bill (aka Agency Bill):
This means you make your payments through our office, not directly to the insurance company. In this case, you can pay us using bank bill payments or online banking.

If other payment methods are not possible, we can arrange for a local pickup or please contact us to discuss options.
