Jason Schneider has been a Commercial Account Executive with McFarlan Rowlands since 2010, working in our head office located on York Street in London. In the newest issue of Canadian Insurance Top Broker Magazine, you’ll see Jason featured in the “Top 10 Under 40” Brokers in Canada.

“Summer may be over, but things are just starting to heat up in the world of young, successful brokers. We assembled four industry experts;

and asked them to name the top 10 brokers under 40. Making the selections was no easy task. We received nominations from all over the country. But, after much deliberation, our industry veterans managed to whittle the list down to 10.”
The profile focuses on Jason’s career path and hard work ethic, noting his beginnings managing a bakery in London and working at Economical Insurance as an Underwriter, to his time at Aviva and eventually coming to McFarlan Rowlands in 2010. Jason has grown his book of business at McFarlan Rowlands by 300% in five years, and credits his unique career path through the insurance industry to his success. “You have to (…) understand the product, the coverage and how the companies are developing pricing. If I didn’t understand the product I was selling, I wouldn’t be as effective as I am today.”
