McFarlan Rowlands Response to COVID-19

We take the health and well-being of our employees and clients very seriously.

As we continue to monitor information and bulletins released from Health Canada, we believe it is our responsibility to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and help those who are most vulnerable. With the recent increase in cases reported in Ontario, we have decided that effective Monday, March 16 we will be limiting contact between our staff and our clients.

At this time, our offices will be closed to the public until further notice.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We want to ensure you we will continue to maintain our level of commitment to providing our clients with insurance services during this time. We are happy to assist you over the phone, through email, or through our MyMcFarlan Client Portal. Our employees will be available to assist you in the same manner and with the same service level that you expect.

COVID-19 is presenting new uncertainties each day. Our COVID-19 response team is actively monitoring news announcements daily from Health Canada and local Public Health authorities. Our employees’ and clients’ health is our top priority and we will inform you in accordance should we need to increase our safety measures. We look forward to the time when we can open our doors to you once again!
